2016-05: Malawi ACC Namo Buddha Gem Hall Building Fund

Malawi ACC, the first integrated orphanage home established by Amitofo Care Centre (ACC), builds its first integrated school. As the Chinese saying goes: “It takes ten years to grow trees but a hundred years to nurture people”, the centre has thus emphasized its efforts on the importance of education.

ACC provides day and night classes and is funded by the good graces of the sponsoring parents and adept disciples of the Buddhist faith, to whom we give our heartfelt gratitude by specially build the Wall of Ten Thousand Buddhas in the Namo Buddha Gem Hall. With the belief that if ten avenues can find ten means of achievement, then a thousand Dana can bind a thousand fates, the world can achieve peace and harmony in Buddha’s blessing.

Every donation of USD300 contributes to a single Buddha statuette with the name of the contributor engrave onto the statuette. We welcome the kind efforts of all those who walk this path of kindness in achieving the goal of “Propagate Buddhism in Africa and Extend the Wise Spirituality of the Buddha”. We hope you can play a part in any way towards this grand effort, and make our mark together in Buddhist history.
